GIROUD provides a 15 day return policy for our customers. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
When returning an item please note it must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged and with all of the original tags still in place. Once the item is received by us the team will review its condition and issue a refund.
Returns will be accepted if the goods are deemed faulty.
We understand sizing can sometimes be difficult. Please review our sizing chart carefully. If the sizing is incorrect we are happy to send out a replacement order once the original item has been returned to us in good condition (as stated above).
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty on arrival.
Once a return has been confirmed you are welcome to a:
- Replacement Order – We replace your original order
- Voucher – We send you a credit note to the same value as your original order. The voucher can be used to re purchase with Giroud and is valid for 12 months.
- A full refund to the same account details that were provided at the time of purchase.
Items must be in the original packaging.
The 15 day period starts once the goods are recieved.
